VUZ-Bank coordinates event for Life Group Club members

June 25, 2014. VUZ-Bank coordinated a large-scale (in terms of the number of visitors) and unique (in terms of format) event for its business customers last weekend. Starting from 2014, the bank has been implementing a new approach to customer service that is based on the customer club principle. Members of VUZ-Bank Club gathered together at an out-of-town resort on June 21 to get acquainted with one another, find new business partners, take part in useful workshops, and talk about the painful issues their businesses are struggling with, the bank’s press service reports.

Nearly 200 sole traders, business owners, and managers from Yekaterinburg, Kamensk-Uralsky, Asbest, Nizhniy Tagil, Pervouralsk, Revda, Shadrinsk, Tyumen, Tobolsk, and Magnitogorsk arrived at the event.

The agenda of this conference covered both educational and entertainment sections for businesspeople and their families. The event took off with a round of introductions and an online forum called Business Stories where every participant could introduce themselves and their business and point out the problems they are facing as well as ask the bank experts and fellow businesspeople their questions. This open discussion made it possible for the entrepreneurs from similar fields to do some networking, while the bank got some ideas for future development.
