Ural Airlines flies over 4m passengers this year

October 10, 2014. Ural Airlines rendered its services to 4,052,074 passengers between January 1 and September 30, 2014, which was 18% more than in the nine months of 2013. In the nine months of 2014, 31,054 flights were operated via Ural Airlines’ aircraft, including 10,265 international flights, 14,809 domestic flights, and 5,980 flights within the CIS. This was 21% more than a year earlier. The company’s passenger traffic has risen by 16% since the start of the year compared with 2013 and reached 10,505,165,000 passenger-kilometers, the airline’s press service says.
The company flew 565,003 passengers in September 2014, which exceeded the figures for September 2013 by 18%. The airline operated 4,183 flights last month, which was 24% better than in September 2013. The figure included 1,360 international flights, 2,167 domestic flights, and 656 flights within the CIS. The actual passenger traffic amounted to 1,419,891,000 passenger-kilometers, which exceeded the figures for a year earlier by 15%.
