Uralvagonzavod starts summer health campaign for employees' children

June 4, 2014. Uralvagonzavod Corporation member enterprises embarked upon their summer health campaign for the children of their employees, the corporation's press service says.

'Thousands of children from Nizhniy Tagil, Chelyabinsk, Omsk, Yekaterinburg, Yurga and other towns and cities where the corporation operates are going to spend some time in the summer camps and Russian health resorts,' the press service reports.

As for the company's head plant, 20 mothers with motion impaired children will go to Mitino, a health resort in Kirov Region.

'The employees' children will also go the summer camp at Pine Mountains Resort as usual. In 2014, the number of available travel packages was raised from 392 to 482. Experienced teachers have been coordinating some interesting and educational activities for the children for the fourth year now.

These prophylactic treatment offers remain traditionally inexpensive as well: parents will only have to pay for 10% of the cost of the package, the rest of the money will be paid by the company,' the press service says.

Uralvagonzavod was allocated 1,132 travel packages for state-run summer camps in Nizhniy Tagil this year. Within the four shifts offered, children will go to Antonovsky, Zvezdny, Zvonkiye Golosa, Izumrudny, Lesnoy Rucheyek, Severyanka, Solnechny, and Uralsky Ogonek camps and at Sosnovy Bor and Rush health resorts. The head plant's employees will only have to pay for 10% of the cost of their children's stay.
