Sverdlovsk Region residents complain of quality of tourist service more often

July 18, 2013. Experts from Sverdlovsk Region Hygiene & Epidemiology Center’s Consumer Rights Department report a seasonal increase in the number of consumers’ complaints relating to the quality of tourist service.
Most complaints had to do with incomplete and inaccurate information on the service offered (namely, the particulars of accommodation and board) and with the quality of service offered in the host country.
The Consumer Rights Department reminds the travelers once again that during a high season, customers need to be particularly attentive when choosing a tourist service.
