12 July 2013 (10:36)

July 12, 2013. The stand of Yekaterinburg Administration was launched at the Innoprom 2013 exhibition today. This year, it is different from the older versions in that it not only features a mere presentation but also serves a site for the exhibition's key events.

The stand operation is divided into several sections. The first one is dedicated to signing agreements, the second one is dedicated to debates and discussions. The third one is to be focused on presentations of events and projects.

An agreement between Yekaterinburg Administration and OAO Er-Telecom has already been signed during the first section. The agreement provides for the creation of a single Wi Fi zone in the city parks. During the second section, the city's promotion via social networks will be discussed, including the use of foreign-language based networks. In addition, there is going to be a discussion on Yekaterinburg's strategic development after 2025 and a discussion on the future of Internet TV as well as on the area image shaping through literature and arts.

The third section will serve as a site for presenting a project on Yekaterinburg road network development in preparation for the World Cup 2018 and the Inter-Breeze Project, and on July 12, Yekaterinburg's application for the right to host the EXPO 2020 exhibition will take place here as well.

Finally, the stand will also offer a 24/7 negotiations area where the exhibition participants will be able to hold meetings with Russian and foreign companies.
