April 9, 2013. Two of Uralvagonzavod Corporation’s member enterprises – Plant 9 and Yekaterinburg-based Uraltransmash signed an agreement on network partnership; this was done within the framework of creating and developing a multi-functional educational center with a focus on machine-building, Uralvagonzavod Corporation’s press service reports.

In addition to the plants’ representatives, the agreement was also signed by Director of Sverdlovsk Region Union of Machine-Building Enterprises A. Bukhmastov, Director-General of Sverdlovsk Region Union of Defense Industry Enterprises V. Schelokov, Counselor to Sverdlovsk Region Minister for General & Vocational Education, Director of Yekaterinburg Industrial & Technological Vocational School N. Babkin, and some others.

This uniquely important event took place at Yekaterinburg Industrial & Technological Vocational School – one of Uraltransmash’s leading social corporate responsibility programs partners: the two parties cooperate in terms of personnel training.
