Uralvagonzavod Corporation’s Workers Get Achievement Awards
27 December 2012 (09:37)
December 27, 2012. The employees of Uralvagonzavod Corporation received awards for their achievements in 2012: this year proved extremely successful and record-setting for the company. The enterprise’s production performance improved, and so did the remuneration for this: the average bonus came to 27,500 RUR, which is 1.4 times more than in 2011, the corporation’s press service reports.
The bonus was given to about 28,000 people, including not only the head plant employees but also workers from Volchansky Mechanical Plant and the company’s Chelyabinsk subsidiary. The total payments amounted to 770m RUR, which is also 1.4 times more than in 2011.
The conditions upon which a bonus is paid have remained the same: the corporation’s structural divisions must meet the target figures for the main technical and economical performance indicators; the bonus-receiving employee must be on the candidates list, have at least one year’s work experience in the company, and not have any labor discipline problems. Just like before, the bonus added to his or her wage depends on the length of service, so the biggest bonuses were awarded to those who have been employed with the enterprise for over 15 years. Also, the bonus coefficients have gone up as well: for the longest-serving employees, this came to 3 this year rather than 2.6 last year.
