Yandex: 85% of Online Rental Ads in Yekaterinburg Are Fake
31 July 2012 (16:55)
About 85% to 86% of rental ads relating to Yekaterinburg housing that are available online are not real, Yandex.Real Estate reports.
‘The accuracy of these ads is one of the serious real estate market problems, especially on the rented housing market. Agencies often upload ads on premises that do not exist in order to lure in customers. In Yekaterinburg and Sverdlovsk Region, this accounts for 85% to 86% of ads,’ the message states.
