Bank Yekaterinburg, Tax Authorities Get on the List of Cardinal-Technoplus’s Creditors

The claims made by Bank Yekaterinburg and the tax authorities are now accounted for in the list of Cardinal-Technoplus’s creditors on the third-priority basis. The decision was made by Sverdlovsk Region Arbitration Court. The claims come to 11.16m RUR and 88.22 RUR, respectively.

The insolvency application for Cardinal-Technoplus was placed with the court by the company’s liquidator E. Tsyganova. The reason given was the fact that the amount of creditors’ claims that the debtor had agreed with exceeded the worth of the debtor’s assets. The decision to liquidate the business was made on November 24, 2011.

Sverdlovsk Region Arbitration Court declared Cardinal Technoplus insolvent on March 7, 2012.
