The Bank of Russia’ PR Department reports Khanty-Mansiysky Bank has had to face administrative liability for the administrative violations described in Article 15.27 of the Russian Federation Administrative Offense Code.

The said Article concerns an organization’s failure to meet the AML/CTF legal requirements.
