UralTransBank’s 3.5% shareholding put up to auction for 36.8m RUR

TransCreditBank is going to conduct an auction aimed at selling a 3.5% shareholding in Ural Transport Bank (UralTransBank) that currently belongs to Russian Railways, the online resource RZhD Partner reports.
The decision to sell the said shareholding was made by the Russian Railways BOD on August 30, 2011.
The opening bid has been set at 36.8m RUR, the next bid must be at least 1.2m RUR higher, and all the following bids must be at least 1m RUR higher.
