Chelyabinsk Region court decides to keep holding former mayor of Snezhinsk Anatoly Oplanchuk in custody
Former mayor of Snezhinsk Anatoly Oplanchuk will be held in custody during the case proceedings as Chelyabinsk Region court declined the plea of his lawyers to set him free today.
