URSA Bank to buy ?100m worth of bonds

URSA Bank declared it was about to buy out its Eurobonds. The bonds in question are a ?400m issue to be retired in May 2010 (ISIN: XS0301291729) and a ?300m one to be retired in November 2011 (ISIN: XS0274663383), the bank reports. The first issue bonds with face value of ?1,000 will be bought for no more than ?900 apiece, the bonds from the second issue will be bought for no more than ?780 apiece. The final scale of the buyout and the prices are to be determined in the course of a Dutch auction. The total buyout volume is not expected to exceed ?60m for each issue and ?100m for two issues

Governor Sumin and Anna Kozlova attempt to sustain prices

Ural Airlines lowered the ticket prices for its Yekaterinburg-Dushanbe and Yekaterinburg-Khudzhant prices on March 17, 2009. The special price now comes to ?200, and there is no fuel fee. Ural Airlines to switch to summer timetable

Ural Airlines is going to switch to its summer timetable early on March 29, 2009. FINAM Investment Company lowered its estimates of Uralkaliy common stock’s target price from $5.4 to $5.02 by the end of 2009. Governor Sumin allots 30 million RUR to aid small business

Governor of Chelyabinsk Region Petr Sumin allocated 30 million RUR to set up a small business lending support fund. Governor of Chelyabinsk Region Petr Sumin signed a decree providing administrative support to the local investment projects. Bank24.ru announces Chairman’s resignation

Bank24.ru’s official website states that the bank’s former BOD Chairman Boris Dyakonov is now employed in the capacity of Deputy Chair of the Supervisory Board. In the meantime, the Board of Directors is now headed by a Life Group representative Yaroslav Alekseev. Ural Airlines is going to re-launch its Israel-bound flights on March 25, 2009. ‘We’ve had to cancel this destination for two months, but now that the passengers’ safety can no longer be questioned, the flight is on our schedule again. Fraudsters do two banks 22 million RUR worth of damage
