MMK to trade ERUs

Bauerhof undergoes bankruptcy proceedings

Sverdlovsk Region Arbitration Court ruled on December 22, 2010 that ZAO Bauerhof (63 Gurzufskaya St. Yekaterinburg) is to undergo bankruptcy proceedings, thus resolving case А60-25401/2010-C14, Kommersant reports under its Insolvency Announcements heading. Asmoto to break ties with Chrysler Group

Jewelry business to disclose stock information

Ural Federal District’s division of Russia’s Federal Financial Markets Service completed its desk audit of OAO Yuveliry Urala, a jewelry business. Evraz to pay over 1bn for waste-dumping

Kemerov Region division of Rosprirodnadzor (the state environmental watchdog) laid a claim against Evraz Group’s Evrazruda in order to make the company pay 1.14 billion RUR for dumping its industrial waste from Abagurskaya sintering plant’s tailings pond into bodies of water, RIA Novosti refers to the environmental agency as saying. Ural Airlines offers more flights to Moscow

Bank of Russia wants RGT Bank’s bankruptcy

The Central Bank of the Russian Federation placed an application with Moscow Arbitration Court, demanding that Moscow-based Russian-German Merchant Bank (RGT-BANK) be declared bankrupt, a court representative told Russian Agency of Legal and Court Information (RAPSI), RIA Novosti reports.
