First Freight Company increases claim against Urlavagonzavod

First Freight Company’s Irkutsk subsidiary increased its claim against Uralvagonzavod Scientific & Production Corporation to 4.6m RUR. The claim has to do with a train crash. The sum initially came to 3.79m RUR, which was the compensation for the damage done to the plaintiff (deterioration of railway carriages caused by the crash). Uralvagonzavod disagrees with the claim, while third parties to the case such as the Russian Railways, Second Freight Company, ZHASO Insurance Company, and SOGAZ supported the plaintiff’s claim. Koltsovo Airport increases claim against insolvent Czech Connect Airlines

Koltsovo Airport increased its claim against the insolvent Czech Connect Airlines from $66,400 to $68,810. The preliminary court hearing for the case has been put off till April 26, 2012.
