Sverdlovsk Region Arbitration Court rejected AKB Rosbank’s demand to overrule the verdict returned by Sverdlovsk Region division of Rospotrebnadzor (the state consumer rights watchdog) in Oktyabrsky and Kirovsky Districts of Yekaterinburg that sentenced the bank to a 10,000-ruble fine. EVRAZ NTMK Sets up Injury Committee

EVRAZ NTMK set up a special committee to look up into a worker’s injury. A Nizhniy Tagil Iron & Steel Works (NTMK) electrician was found on the railways of NPTs Razvitiye with a broken hip and shin on May 18. It was actually the worker’s day off. X5 Retail Group’s Net Profit Goes Down 31.6%

The net profit of X5 Retail Group, Russia’s largest retail company (in terms of sales), went down by 31.6% in January-March 2012 compared with a year earlier.
