Cuban delegates come to ChTZ

March 11, 2015. A group of delegates from Cuba’s Transport Ministry paid a visit to a number of Uralvagonzavod Corporation’s member enterprises, including ChTZ Uraltrac. Binbank buys 99.84% stake in Uralprivatbank

March 11, 2015. Binbank bought 99.84% of Yekaterinburg-based Uralprivatbank’s shares; the issuer will be able to manage the shareholding starting from March 6, the two banks report. Binbank Board of Directors approved of a merger with Uralprivatbank, so the latter’s branches will now operate under the name of Binbank. The fact that the Moscow bank was going to acquire Uralprivatbank transpired in mid-January. The cost of the transaction has not been announced. As a result, Binbank will now run over ten branches in Sverdlovsk Region.

Imports to Russia drop 37%

March 11, 2015. The import of goods from the far abroad into the country amounted to $22.9822bn in the first two months of 2015, which was 36.9% less than a year earlier, the Federal Tax Service reports. March 11, 2015. 1,654 residents of Sverdlovsk Region submitted their declarations to the tax authorities in order to declare the income obtained from letting homes in 2014; in 2013, the figure was 1,498. ChTZ to donate vehicles to Victory Park exhibition

Over 40% of Russian businesses affected by crisis

March 10, 2015. 44% of Russian businesses admit their financial situation has deteriorated, says the National Financial Research Agency based on a nation-wide survey. The crisis has affected micro-enterprises the most (they make up 50% of those for whom things went from bad to worse), as well as the companies that were set up before 1999 (46%). Approximately a third (32%) of managers surveyed feel their companies’ financial situation has remained the same, while 19% of respondents think their businesses are better off now than before. Loco TG16M gets launched in Sakhalin

Claims against insurance companies rise 43% in 2014

The number of claims Sverdlovsk Region residents laid against insurance companies rose by 43% last year, Chairman of Sverdlovsk Region Court Alexander Dementiev said at a press conference today. Inflation rate at 7% in Sverdlovsk Region

March 5, 2015. Sverdlovsk Region’s inflation rate stood at 7% in February 2015 compared with December 2014 and at 16.9% compared with February 2014, Sverdlovskstat reports. TKS Bank’s net profit plummets 40%

March 5, 2015. Tinkoff (TKS) Bank’s net profit (calculated in accordance with the IAS) plunged by 41% in 2014 and came to 3.4bn RUR against 5.8bn RUR a year earlier. The bank’s pre-tax profit amounted to 4.9bn RUR against 7.5bn RUR in 2013, the bank’s report states.
