Sverdlovsk Region deputies unhappy with budget performance in 2014

Sverdlovsk Region Legislative Assembly deputies adopted the bill on the constituency’s budget implementation in 2014, yet voiced their dissatisfaction with the implementation quality. Sverdlovsk Region to replace only 2% of harvesting equipment
