The court of Verkhnyaya Pyshma sentenced the accountant of UralTransBank Sredneuralsk subsidiary Oksana Schegolkova and her cohabitant Alexander F. to six years in prison. Evraz Group plans to buy Oregon Steel Mills at $2.3bn

Evraz, the Russian enterprise, is going to acquire Oregon Steel Mills Inc., the American metallurgical company, at $2.3bn.
