Yekaterinburg Electrical Network Company has been busy taking measures that will enhance the reliability and absence of breakdowns at the 220-235 kilowatt substations, transformers and distribution points, and transmission facilities despite cold temperatures, says the company’s spokesperson. Jenny Lock appointed Consul General of Great Britain in Yekaterinburg
