Ural Bank for Reconstruction and Development Finance declares coupon rates on bond issue

Ural Bank for Reconstruction and Development Finance (a daughter enterprise fully owned by the Ural Bank for Reconstruction and Development) declared the interest rates on the 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th coupons of its second three-year bond issues.
