Koltsovo Airport placed a claim against Czech Connect Airlines a.s. with Sverdlovsk Region Arbitration Court. The plaintiff insists on being paid $66,400. The preliminary court hearing has been set for April 5, 2012. Now the airline’s Board of Directors submitted its insolvency application to the territorial court of Ostrava on January 18, 2012. Karabashmed to Get Kumera Equipment

Koltsovo Airport Reconstruction to Start in May 2012

The reconstruction of the airfield at Yekaterinburg-based Koltsovo International Airport is expected to start in May 2012 and to be over in 2014. Koltsovo Airport to Get 3.1bn for Airfield Pavement Repair

The government purchases website carried an announcement regarding an open tender for a construction contract involving some building and assembly jobs at Koltsovo Airport, Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk Region. The airport needs to have Section 2 of its airfield pavements restored and repaired. According to the tender documentation, the contract is worth 3bn RUR. All the jobs must be completed within 974 days of signing the construction contract. The results of the tender will be announced on March 19, 2012.
