Koltsovo Airport increased its claim against the insolvent Czech Connect Airlines from $66,400 to $68,810. The preliminary court hearing for the case has been put off till April 26, 2012. The airport wants to get the debt resulting from the nonpayment for the air navigation, airport, and ground services rendered to the defendant. Unilever RUS’s stake in Concern Kalina went up from 84.98% to 98.94%, the company reports. Unilever bought a 82% shareholding in Yekaterinburg-based company for about 17.4bn RUR earlier. After a while, Unilever RUS announced it was also going to purchase 15.02% more shares in Concern Kalina.

The large-scale supply of new tanks to the Russian military forces will start in 2017; the tanks will be produced by Uralvagonzavod Scientific Production Corporation using Armata, a main battle platform, Deputy Head of Russian Government Dmitri Rogozin reports. Ural Airlines came up with a performance report for March 2012. In this month, the air carrier flew 214,240 passengers, which is 67% more than in March 2011. Yekaterinburg Non-Ferrous Metals Processing Plant’s Board of Directors suggested that the plant’s shareholders accept the offer to purchase the company’s shares made to them by Renova Group. Now Renova Group of Companies intends to consolidate a 100% shareholding in Yekaterinburg Non-Ferrous Metals Processing Plant. Renova currently owns a 71.294% stake in the plant. The suggested price for buying the shares has been set at 800 RUR apiece.
