Users owe 600m RUR to Oblkommunenergo

September 17, 2013. The heat and electricity supplier Oblkommunenergo owes some 260m RUR to its natural gas suppliers, while the former's end customers actually owe the company up to 600m RUR worth of unpaid housing bills. PNTZ to reduce river water use by 15%
