Living standards deteriorate for over 25% of Russians this year

December 20, 2013. In November 2013, 126,000 sq m worth of housing were commissioned in Sverdlovsk Region, which was 24.4% less than in October 2013, Sverdlovskstat reports. Titanium Valley to get 4.8bn RUR from federal budget in 2015-2017
