The cluster will comprise the campus of Ural State Medical University, new buildings for Maternity Institute, Injury Treatment & Orthopedics Institute, and other medical establishments, and a residential area. The cluster will be 100,000 m2 big, with all the facilities on a single site. The project is expected to be completed by 2025.
