The team comprised the Group’s employees in the 18-28 age group from Chelyabinsk Tube Rolling Plant, Pervouralsk New Pipe Plant, and Rimera’s Izhneftemash and Alnas. All the tasks in the initial selection round were modeled on the WorldSkills international standards. The special certificate was a recognition of the bank’s payments to Yekaterinburg budget and contribution to social projects and was given out by head of the city council Alexander Yakob. The UBRD paid over 2bn RUR in taxes to all sorts of budget and non-budget funds last year, which was 8% more than in 2014.
