Iset-Fund fined for stock market violations

Sverdlovsk Region-based Piastrella was fined for an administrative offense on the securities market; the fine amounted to 500,000 RUR. The decision to this extent was taken by Ural Federal District division of Russia’s Federal Financial Markets Service.

It was discovered that VUZ-Bank (Life Financial Group) violated the regulations related to informational transparency on the stock market. This is why Ural Federal District’s division of the Federal Financial Market Service of the Russian Federation ruled that VUZ-Bank would have to face administrative liability and pay a fine. The fine comes to 700,000 RUR.

Linde Aktiengesellschaft has recently been fined for an administrative offense committed in the field of securities market regulations in Ural Federal District; the fine amounted to 50,000 RUR. The decision was made by Ural Federal District’s division of Russia’s Federal Financial Markets Service.

OAO Gazpromneft-Ural is to pay a 500,000-ruble fine for committing an administrative offense in the securities market field; the company’s charges are based on Article 15.19 (part 1) of the Russian Federation Administrative Offense Code. The decision to this extent was made by Ural Federal District’s division of the Federal Financial Markets Service.

Uralelectrotyazhmash-Uralgidromash and Uraltyazhtrubstroy have been fined for violating the existing stock market regulations. Each company will have to pay a 500,000-ruble fine. This decision was made by the Ural Federal District division of Russia’s Federal Financial Markets Service.
