UralTransBank undergoes inspection

Russia’s Federal Financial Markets Service’s division in Ural Federal District carried out a field inspection of OAO Zapsibcombank. Upon the completion of the inspection, which revealed a number of violations, the bank was ordered to take measures to prevent any violations of this kind in the future.

Ural Federal District division of Russia’s Federal Financial Markets Service conducted an in-office audit of Yekaterinburg-based Uktus Airport. The inspection revealed some violations of the Russian Federation law, so the company was ordered to eliminate these and to take measures to prevent such violations from happening in the future. The audit was carried out by the Issuers Control Department of Russia’s Federal Financial Markets Service’s Ural Federal District division.

Ural Federal District division of Russia’s Federal Financial Markets Service completed a scheduled on-site inspection of Tyumen Commercial Agroindustrial Bank. The inspection resulted in the agency’s order for the bank to stop violating the Russian legislation and to take measures to prevent such violations from happening in the future.

Ural Federal District’s division of the Federal Financial Market Service coordinated a scheduled inspection of Uralvagonzavodskiy Retirement Fund. Following the inspection, a letter ordering the fund’s management to eliminate the existing violations of the law and to take measures aimed at preventing these violations in the future was sent to the company.

The Ural Federal District division of Russia’s Federal Financial Markets Service conducted an in-house inspection of BauerHof to see whether the company complies with the Russian Federation securities legislation, namely, with the Federal Financial Markets Service’s Order 09-33/pz-n dated August 13, 2009. Following the inspection, the joint stock company was sent an order to eliminate the detected violations of the Russian Federation law.
