Moody's promotes MMK rating outlook

The international rating agency gave SKB-Bank’s BO 04 series bonds B2 on the rating scale, with Stable rating outlook. Any other bond issue that might follow this one will be given the same rating by Moody’s unless some dramatic changes occur in the bank’s overall credit rating, the agency reports. Moody’s analysts see SKB-Bank’s good position on Sverdlovsk Region and other Russian constituencies’ banking services market as a rather positive thing. They also think favorably of the bank’s clear-cut development strategy and a wide range of products on offer.

Moody’s Investors Service, the international rating agency, confirmed URSA Bank’s BFSR at D- and its foreign currency deposit rating at Ba3/NP, with Stable Rating Outlook for both rating types. Moody’s analysts report the bank’s current rating is based on the business’s stable position on its key Ural and Siberian markets; besides, URSA Bank keeps on developing rapidly and takes pride in good profitability and funding structure. Moody’s also commented upon the bank’s ‘telling financial and efficiency indicators’ and ‘good-level capital adequacy’.
