10 February 201117:35 Uralenergotsvetmet GD to buy shares from co-owners General Director of Uralenergotsvetmet Alexander Krekov intends to buy the shares he doesn’t own yet from the remaining stockholders. He started with a voluntary selling proposal for the co-owners of the company. The price offered per share comes to 36.77 RUR. Krekov currently owns a 99.5% shareholding in the enterprise. The remaining stockholders have seventy days to make up their minds.
22 June 201017:35 Serov ferrous alloys plant to skip dividend OAO Serov Ferrous Alloys Plant agreed not to pay any share dividend for the year 2009. The decision to this extent was made by the plant’s shareholders during the general meeting held in Serov, Sverdlovsk Region. During the AGM, the stockholders also agreed on the changes to the company’s Charter: the changes ensured that the number of BOD members is to come to five people.
03 June 201017:35 Oil plant to skip dividend The stockholders of Yekaterinburg-based oil plant thought it best not to pay any share dividend for the year 2009. The decision was taken at the annual general meeting on May 31, 2010. Prior to the meeting, a respective recommendation was given to the shareholders by the plant’s BOD.

The decision was taken by the corporation’s stockholders at the AGM on June 26, 2010. In fact, no dividend was paid to the shareholders for the year 2008 either.
23 July 201017:35 Concern Kalina won’t raise dividend The share dividend determined by OAO Concern Kalina for the company’s stockholders for the first half of 2010 may actually be the same as the one paid in the second half of 2009. The company’s BOD suggested at an EGM on July 22, 2010 that the stockholders set the ordinary share dividend at 10.66 RUR. The same amount of money was paid per share in the second half of 2009. All in all, 103.55 million RUR was directed to dividend payments then.
