Pnevmostroymachina BOD suggests passing dividend

Evraz Kachkanarsky Ore Mining and Processing Enterprise’s Board of Directors recommended that the company’s shareholders vote for passing the dividend for the year 2010 at the upcoming AGM. The annual general meeting is set for June 30, 2010.

Board of Directors of Asha Metallurgical Works JSC suggested that the shareholders pass a dividend for 2005 when they gather at the annual general meeting on June 30, 2006. The other points on the agenda of the meeting include discussion of the company’s financial activity in 2005, electing the Board of Directors, the inspection committee, and the company’s Auditor.

OAO Uralcryomash’s Board of Directors suggested that the plant’s shareholders decide not to pay the dividend for the year 2009. The annual general meeting has been scheduled for June 18, 2010.

SMU Uralmash’s Board of Directors decided in the course of their recent meeting that the stockholders should be advised to pass the dividend for 2008. The stockholders themselves are to gather at the annual general meeting on June 25, 2009. The other points on the agenda have to do with electing the new BOD and approving of the annual report.

Uralkhimmash Board of Directors suggested that the enterprise’s stockholders vote for passing the dividend on either ordinary registered shares or type A preferred registered shares for the year 2010. The recommendation was made because the company sustained some losses in the past financial year. The agenda of the upcoming annual general meeting also covers issues like confirming the changes in the company’s charter and adopting a new edition of the provision on the BOD.
