Yekaterinburg: New Apartment Building Approved in Public Hearings

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, January 20, 2017. The project on the construction of a set of new apartment buildings in Uktus District got approved in the course of recent public hearings in Yekaterinburg. Some 170,000 m2 worth of new housing will get put up along the embankment of Nizhneisetsky Pond. Ten hectares of land in Scherbakov St-Krestyanskaya St-Nizhneisetsky Pond-Dunitova Lane will be used to build five 12- to 32-story apartment buildings. Ural Airlines: More Kazakhstan Flights

Ural Airlines keep introducing more flights operated from Moscow’s Zhukovsky Airport as part of Russia-Kazakhstan international relations program, the air carrier’s press service reports. SRG: Existing Home Prices Down 4.5% in Sverdlovsk Region

Last year, an existing home could be had for 48,284 RUR per m2 on average on Sverdlovsk Region market, which was 4.5% less than one year previously, SRG’s research findings indicate. In absolute terms, the decrease amounted to 2,281 RUR per m2. As for Ural Federal District on the whole, prices declined most noticeably in Yamalo-Nenetsky Autonomous District (-7.9%) and Khanty-Mansiysky Autonomous District (-6.2%). Ural Vagon Zavod Gets State Guarantees
