Former Governor of Sverdlovsk Region Eduard Rossel is going to represent Sverdlovsk Region’s executive body in the Soviet of the Federation. The decision to this extent was taken in the joint meeting of the region’s Legislative Assembly’s both chambers on December 10, 2009. The director of Sverdlovsk Region-based Beloyarskaya nuclear power station Nikolai Oshkanov is leaving soon.
