Federal Antimonopoly Service blacklists Stroycomplex-2000

Yekaterinburg-based Stroycomplex-2000 was blacklisted by the Federal Antimonopoly Service as a dishonest supplier for the company’s trying to avoid signing a contract, the Service’s official website states.
