Uralskaya Stal to pass dividend for 2007

UralElectroMed is going to pass a dividend for 2006; the decision was taken at the annual general meeting in Verkhnyaya Pyshma, Sverdlovsk Region, on June 15, 2007. This information was published in compliance with the demand that an issuer, a joint stock fund or a management company of an investment fund must reveal any data that can influence their stock price.

Uralelectromed’s stockholders decided to pass a dividend for 2007 in the course of an AGM held in Verkhnyaya Pyshma. The decision was caused by the need to stay competitive on the market and thus invest in production upgrading and environmental protection.

Uralmashzavod’s BOD meeting resulted in the decision to recommend that the stockholders vote for passing last year’s dividend in the course of the AGM. ‘We recommend that the AGM should pass and not pay any ordinary or preference share dividend for 2011 because of the losses incurred in the financial year 2011,’ the company’s report states.

Ural Chemical Machine-Building Plant’s AGM resulted in the decision to pass a dividend for 2007. In the course of the meeting, the stockholders also elected the new Board of Directors consisting, among other members, of Valeriy Antoniadi, Sergey Baburin, and Malik Gaysin.

The extraordinary general meeting of Yekaterinburg-based oil and mayonnaise producing company resulted in the decision to pass the dividend for 2008. In addition, the present stockholders elected the new Board of Directors, comprising seven members now.
