Extra land patch allotted for building roads for Academic district

Academic, the large-scale residential area that RenovaStroyGroup-Akademicheskoye is currently putting up in the south-west of Yekaterinburg, may become the city’s eighth administrative district, the spokesperson for the city council reports. Mayor of Yekaterinburg Arkadiy Chernetskiy and Governor of Sverdlovsk Region Eduard Rossel have already discussed the idea during their joint inspection of the city’s roads under construction.

A new trunk road meant for providing a link between the future Academic district and the central and south-western parts of the city is currently under construction in Yekaterinburg. On behalf of the city council, Blagoustroystvo (a municipal enterprise) is routing the road in Serafima Deryabina St. through the South-Western Park, the spokesperson for RENOVA Stroy Group reports.
