Dmitri Pumpyanski Reelected TMK Chair of the BOD

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, June 17, 2016. Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) held a Board of Directors meeting on June 14, 2016, the company press service reports. The BOD members voted to re-elect Dmitri Pumpyanski as their Chair and Alexander Shiryaev as the company Director-General. A new Supervisory Board was also elected: Chair of the Board A. Shiryayev, A.Klachkov, A. Lyalkov, V. Oborsky, T. Petrosyan, V. Shmatovich, and A. Zimin.

SKB-Bank’s Supervisory Board voted unanimously on October 16 to keep current Chair of the Board Denis Repnikov in office for another five years; Repnikov was first elected Chair of the Board in 2014. According to the bank’s press service, Vice Chair of the Board Dmitri Ivanov and Vice Chair of the Board Alexei Lutsenko (who is also SKB-Bank’s Retail Business Director) got reelected for five-year terms as well.

Heads of Russia’s major pipe-manufacturing enterprises Chelyabinsk Tube Rolling Plant/ChTPZ, United Metallurgical Company/OMK, Pipe Metallurgical Company/TMK, and Severstal met with Gazprom Chair of the Board Alexei Miller at ChTPZ site on Friday to talk about their scientific and technological cooperation prospects. UrBC, Yekaterinburg, June 16, 2017. Alexander Fedorov was elected ChTPZ Group’s Chair of the Board of Directors at the BOD meeting on June 7, the Group’s press service reports. The company’s BOD now comprises Ilya Cherepanov, Alexei Dronov, Elena Mashtakova, Alexander Fedorov, and Sergey Yankovsky. Alexander Fedorov is one of the Group’s shareholders and, together with Andrei Komarov, controls over 80% of the company shares; he is also Chair of the BOD at Pervouralsk New Pipe Plant and Russia’s Honored Metallurgist.

UrBC, Moscow, July 20, 2015. Pipe Metallurgical Company/TMK Chairman of the BOD Dmitri Pumpyanski is now on the governmental transport committee. The decree to this extent was signed by Russian Prime Minister Dmitri Medvedev and published on the official legal news portal. Pumpyanski is going to represent the Russian Union of Industrialists & Employers on the committee. The governmental transport committee was set up in September 2013. The goal is to ensure smooth communication between the government and the Russian business community in the transport field.
