Uralkhimmash issues 5bn RUR worth of securities

Russia’s Federal Financial Markets Service decided to halt the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares by Mid-Urals Development Corporation; state serial number of the additional share issue is 1-01-33480-D-001D as of December 9, 2010.

The Federal Financial Market Service of the Russian Federation recently halted the issue of OAO Uralvagonzavod Scientific and Production Corporation’s ordinary registered paperless shares. The plant is based in Nizhniy Tagil, Sverdlovsk Region. The share issue in question is an additional one registered on December 17, 2009. The issue consists of 9 million shares with face value of 1,000 RUR each. The additional issue’s state serial number is 1-01-55004-F-003D.

November 26, 2013. Uralmashzavod is going to hand over to Gazprombank Asset Management 5,000,000,023 RUR worth of shares, the issuer’s official statement goes. Under the terms of the agreement, Uralmashzavod will transfer 74,917,591 ordinary registered uncertified shares of the additional issue 1-01-00297-А-002D with face value of 0.5 RUR each to the daughter company of Gazprom (the plant’s majority shareholder) via close subscription. The offering price is 66.74 RUR. The deal is estimated to come to 27% of the issuer’s assets value.

TransCreditBank’s Board of Directors met recently to issue a recommendation to the bank’s shareholders: the directors suggest that the shareholders accept Bank VTB’s obligatory offer regarding the acquisition of TransCreditBank’s securities, the bank’s official release states. The securities in question are 1,299,222,305 shares of TransCreditBank worth 21 RUR apiece that Bank VTB wants to buy.

Order No. 62-11-1757/pz-i issued by Russia’s Federal Financial Markets Service on December 28, 2011 halts the issue of Sverdlovsk Region-based Ural University Complex’s ordinary registered uncertified shares.
