Consumer Prices Increase 0.7%

November 8, 2012. Consumer price index went up by 0.7% in Sverdlovsk Region in October 2012 against September 2012, SverdlovskStat reports.
At the same time, prices rose by 6.4% against last October.
The increase was most prominent in food items, including strong drinks: this came to 3% this month and to 6.2% against October 2011.
The second most prominent increase has to do with the service sector: prices rose by 0.9% in October 2012 and by 8.8% against October 2011.
As for non-food items, prices increased by 0.9% in September and by 4.9% against October 2011.
At the same time, prices rose by 6.4% against last October.
