Uralmashzavod to yield 41 land allotments

Sverdlovsk Region intends to meet its obligations towards LUKOIL Oil Company in terms of providing the business with a number of land allotments, Head of the region’s Government Anatoly Gredin announced at his meeting with OOO LUKOIL-Permnefteprodukt’s acting General Director Mikhail Kobylko and the company’s representatives. Sverdlovsk Region and LUKOIL signed a cooperation agreement that stated the oil company would implement a number of socially important projects, while the regional authorities would help the business by offering the company some land allotments for setting up fuel

Sverdlovsk Region Public Property Management Ministry made some changes in the protocol for determining the price and the method of payment for the state-owned land allotments and for the allotments with non-delineated state ownership when these are sold to the proprietors of buildings and structures that are housed on these allotments, says Sverdlovsk Region Government’s Press Service & Information Department. McDonald’s is currently negotiating with Yekaterinburg municipal council for a number of land allotments to put up their cafes there, Deputy Mayor Viktor Konteev’s press officer Ilona Starodubtseva reports.
