RosTransAvto becomes SANKO MAKINA’s official dealer

RosTransAvto was selected as the official dealer of the large Turkish holding SANKO MAKINA San. ve Tic. A.S., the company reports. RosTransAvto delivers SANKO MAKINA’s MST-branded machinery. The supplier’s excavator loaders are fitted with the same high quality joints and units as the ones found in the equipment made by the world’s leading manufacturers. For one, this includes Perkins engines made in Great Britain, the Italian-made Power Shift-type Carraro automated gearing system with an electronic control unit, Casappa hydraulic pumps made in Italy, and the U.S.-made Husko hydraulic

In late March and early April, RosTransAvto (RTA) welcomed customers to its new offices in two leading economic centers of the Urals and the Volga Region at once, that is, in Tyumen and Perm, the company reports. According to the BOD Chairman of the company (dealing in Mitsuber, Howo, and Sanko Makina machinery) Anna Gorodenker, the newly opened subsidiaries will offer their customers a full range of delivery services relating to the entire spectrum of products by Mitsuber, Howo, and Sanko Makina; they will also handle pre-delivery inspections and offer warranty and post-warranty services.

In order to meet its customers’ needs, RosTransAvto is now offering them the services relating to the delivery and renting of tower cranes. ‘Customers can both buy or rent our MITSUBER tower cranes as well as order the assembling and dismantling of the machinery we supply,’ RosTransAvto reports. Among the strong points of MITSUBER building tower cranes is the electronic and electric equipment manufactured by the French concern Shneider Electric; what is more, the cranes are fully adjusted for operation in Russia and the CIS member states at temperatures ranging from -40 to +40 degrees

Sverdlovsk Region Arbitration Court began considering the claim laid by Bank VTB’s Yekaterinburg subsidiary against Rostransavto. The plaintiff demands that the defendant be declared bankrupt. The bank insists that Rostransavto is unable to meet its creditors’ claims, as its debts outstrip the cost of its assets. Rostransavto is a large business dealing in the supplies of road construction appliances, freight vehicles, communal housing services and warehouse machinery, and spare parts to the customers based in the Urals and Siberia. Sverdlovsk Region Arbitration Court closed up all the proceedings related to the claim laid by Bank VTB against Rostransavto; the bank insisted that Yekaterinburg-based Rostransavto be declared bankrupt, the spokesperson for the court reports. The claim was first heard in court in November 2009 when the defendant’s debt to the bank reached 130.79 million RUR. The existence of this debt was officially confirmed by Sverdlovsk Region Arbitration Court.
