Online voting for the best logo for Ural IT cluster is still in progress on Arena Multimedia International Training Center’s website. Eight projects have been offered for public scrutiny altogether.

Some work on the logo for Ural IT Cluster, a non-profit partnership, was part of the agenda of Design Managers’ Days in Yekaterinburg last weekend. The event was attended by experts from British Higher School of Art & Design, Parsons The New School For Design, the Association of Design Management, Ural State University of Economics’ Marketing & International Management Department, and Arena Multimedia International Training Center as well as employees of BridgerConway, StreetArt, Vitamin, and AMG

The cluster is in charge of the most important tasks related to the development of information technologies in the Urals through promoting training and making the branch more investment-attractive on both the domestic and the international arena.

According to the non-profit partnership’s CEO Maxim Serebrov, the cluster’s key challenge is to put Sverdlovsk Region on the global IT map and to increase the regional turnover tenfold over the next five years.
