Igor Vorobyev leaves Revdinsky plant’s BOD

Ural Federal District division of Russia’s Federal Financial Markets Service conducted an office audit of Revdinsky Non-Ferrous Metals Processing Plant in order to see whether the plant complies with the Russian securities legislation in what regards information transparency. The audit revealed a number of violations, so the joint stock company was sent an order to eliminate these.

Yekaterinburg-based non-ferrous metals processing plant’s Board of Directors decided that the company’s General Director Andrei Fedotov should resign before the end of his term. According to the plant’s official report, he was succeeded by Igor Pokhmelnikov on September 10, 2009. Apart from this, the BOD set up a single executive body to ensure better management of the business.

Yekaterinburg Non-Ferrous Metals Processing Plant’s Board of Directors suggested that the plant’s shareholders accept the offer to purchase the company’s shares made to them by Renova Group. Now Renova Group of Companies intends to consolidate a 100% shareholding in Yekaterinburg Non-Ferrous Metals Processing Plant. Renova currently owns a 71.294% stake in the plant. The suggested price for buying the shares has been set at 800 RUR apiece.

MDM Bank reports that an agreement has been reached that leaves Igor Kim without a stake in the bank’s capital. The bank’s BOD Chairman Oleg Vyugin said that the negotiations also resulted in the agreement to sell a 100% shareholding in LTB Bank (MDM Group’s former member) to Kim. The bank’s Board of Directors and its leading stockholders supported the transaction.
