Yekaterinburg Municipal Bank’s internal rules not approved

The internal rules and policy of Bank VTB 24 have not been approved of by the Federal Financial Market Service of the Russian Federation so as to counteract laundering proceeds from criminal activity as well as terrorist financing.

The internal rules and policy of Khanty-Mansiysk-based Khanty-Mansiyskiy Bank have not been approved of by the Federal Financial Market Service of the Russian Federation so as to counteract laundering proceeds from criminal activity and terrorist financing.

The internal rules and policy of Alfa-Bank, LOKO-Bank, and Bank Vozrozhdeniye, as well as of a number of other banks, have not been approved of by the Federal Financial Market Service of the Russian Federation so as to counteract laundering proceeds from criminal activity as well as terrorist financing.

The internal rules and policy of Ufa-based OAO Bank Investment Capital, Moscow-based OOO Perviy Cheshsko-Rossiyskiy Bank, and Perm-based Uralskiy Finansoviy Dom, as well as of a number of other banks, have not been approved of by the Federal Financial Market Service of the Russian Federation so as to counteract laundering proceeds from criminal activity as well as terrorist financing.

UrBC, Moscow, March 11, 2011. Russia’s Federal Financial Markets Service refused to approve of the internal rules of ZAO Surgutneftegazbank, OAO Olimp, an investment company, and OAO Severo-Invest, another investment and finance company based in Nizhnevartovsk; the refusal is aimed at counteracting money-laundering of criminal proceeds as well as at counteracting the financing of terrorist activity.
