Kamensk-Uralsky Metallurgical Plant’s stockholders decided to increase the company’s authorized capital by eight times, from 1.35m RUR to 10.81m RUR. This decision was made at an extraordinary general meeting. The capital was raised through an additional issue of 18.91m ordinary registered shares; these were offered by private subscription and only to the plant’s stockholders. Вернуться назад |
