Kamensk-Uralsky Metallurgical Plant’s Authorized Capital Rises Eight-Fold

The stockholders of Yekaterinburg Non-Ferrous Metals Plant rejected the idea of increasing the company’s authorized capital in the course of an extraordinary meeting. The original decision to increase the capital through an additional share issue was made on October 20, 2011.

An extraordinary general meeting of SKB-Bank shareholders was conducted on January 29, 2007. The meeting resulted in the decision to raise the bank’s authorized capital up to 1,351,145,000 RUR through an additional issue of 351,145,000 ordinary registered non-certificated shares with face value of 1 RUR each. SKB-Bank’s Board of Directors approved of the decision taken at the extraordinary general meeting regarding the increase in the bank’s authorized capital. The capital is to be raised by 35% and will thus reach 1,822,775,000 RUR, the bank’s press officer reports. This is expected to be done through an additional share issue of 471,630,000 ordinary shares with face value of 1 RUR each. The share price was determined by the BOD at 3.7 RUR apiece.

SKB-Bank’s extraordinary general meeting took place on January 28, 2008. The majority of voters (99.998348%) decided to raise the bank’s authorized capital through an additional issue of 471,630,000 ordinary uncertificated registered shares with face value of 1 RUR each. In addition, the voters agreed to allow the shares to be sold for 3.7 RUR per share. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Sinara Group are the most likely buyers of this share issue.

METCOMBANK’s second additional share issue has been registered by the Licensing Department.
