Sverdlovsk Region Arbitration Court is now looking into the claim laid by Uralmashzavod’s minority stockholders Lev Elkonin and Lyudmila Mamontova against the company. The plaintiffs disagree with decision to raise the company’s authorized capital by launching an additional share issue. The decision was taken at the last annual general meeting.

The preliminary court hearing was scheduled for today.
