Russia’s Minster for Natural Resources & Environment Yuri Trutnev confirmed the lists of Russia-based facilities that make a negative impact on the environment and must be subject to the environmental surveillance by the state

The orders to this extent were signed in the territories of eighty-three federal constituencies, including Sverdlovsk Region, the Ministry’s press service reports.

For one, Sverdlovsk Heating Network, a daughter enterprise of TGK-9, was placed on the list.
