Egyptian sharks won’t scare tourists off

Travelers from the Urals will try to be more careful in Egypt rather than to give up on the idea of going altogether. All the tours to Egypt have already been booked, and not a single customer has asked for their money back so far. After all, there are a lot of unpleasant things that can happen to you in Sharm El Sheikh, for example, jellyfish stings. One should always watch out and keep safe. Then, unlike, say, Hurghada, Sharm El Sheikh is a developing city, with new hotels and restaurants opening all the time. This is a very appealing factor for tourists,’ Director of OOO Inna-Tour Inna Averyanova told UrBC.

In the meantime, four Russian tourists have been seriously injured in a shark attack in Sharm El Sheikh, causing the public beaches in some parts of the city (including Nabq Bay, Naama Bay, and Shark Bay) as well as the hotel beaches to close down until a special permission to reopen is given by the Egyptian police force.

‘In fact, Russian people are not always inclined to listen to warnings. Some customers may call the agency and ask questions but they normally don’t refuse to go. They appear to like a bit of adventure in their lives,’ Ms Averyanova added.
